Please note that items that are damaged as a result of improper usage and mishandling by the customers are not considered to be defective.
Receiving a refund
All refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
There will be a shipping cost is non-refundable for items returned due to:

These contacts were actually not bad at all!! The problem was they were a bit too big for my eyes so they both looked and felt like they were falling out at the inner corners of my eyes. If you offered a smaller diameter for smaller eyes, I do think your product is quite successful! I was even able to see a little bit and the contacts didn't have a prescription so that was a welcome surprise!
