If you receive a defective item, please email us (info@pseyeche.com) with a photo of the item as a proof and we offer free replacement as compensation once the item is confirmed as defective. Goods are classified as defective if they are received in damaged condition, or where a manufacturing defect is noticeable on the items. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of improper usage and mishandling by the customers are not considered to be defective.
Receiving a refund
All refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
There will be a shipping cost is non-refundable for items returned due to:
- Order cancellation for order that has been dispatched
- Shipment return as a result of unclaimed by customer
- Shipment return as a result of wrong shipping information provided by customer
Refund usually takes 7-10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing time between payment providers.

They are very uncomfortable and hard to put in - this is coming from an eye contact wearer. I had zero visibility /couldn't see at all.
Soooo I dont know why I didnt read the reviews and didnt understand the "might completely compromise your sight" part. I could only wear one since I kinda needed to see. Aside from that I LOVE THEM. Super comfy and easy to wear.

They are a little off so the ring around my eye is seen but they are super cool! I knew they were whiteout, so there is no vision. It’s very odd having no vision for a little while but I got used to it pretty quick
You can not see anything except for slight light. It's a bit smaller than the coloured part of my eye so theres a "black" outline around the white. Overall pretty comfortable to wear. Easy to take out and put in, although you have to pinch it out, not swipe it out.
