Receiving a refund
All refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
There will be a shipping cost is non-refundable for items returned due to:

The shipping and everything else about the contacts is great. But for some reason when I try to put it in my eyes. One side is of the contact gets dented and moves to opposite side of where my eyes is looking. Before pushing itself out of my eye. I have tired flipping the contacts with same results. So I only used for quick photos. Due to it not following my eye and pushing itself out. Also its a lot smaller then I thought and it my fault for having bigger eyes than I thought.
They did not shape to my eye. Hoping that maybe they'll flatten up before I could get the second eye in. They did not... I had them in, but could not see... and I couldn't fix what had happened to the contact I put in... thank God that I didn't go into a full panic... Manged to get one contact without actually seeing what I was doing... that was a bit scary.
Had a bubble that I just couldn't get out of it... so it Always sat wrong on the eye... some of the outside of the lenses looked jagged and rough... but it may have just been the paint finish. Can't say for sure.
I tried multiple times to get them to live in my eye... but my last attempt they ripped. What's worse? This is two days before Halloween... I really wanted them for the costume.
This Is not the first time wearing this company's lenses though. The last pair I got from you guys was an all black iris set and they worked perfectly...

I wasn't able to wear them. They refused to sit on the eye. They wouldn't sit properly and were always bowed out like there was a bubble underneath. Sadly, a waste of money.
I did a bunch of research on these as I had never used scleras prior. They constantly slide to one side (so I can't see at all), pinch in the corners really bad and sting like hell! I've tried all different kinds of methods and nothings worked. This is what I get for not investing in a $100+ pair. Also, these are NOT soft lenses, I have used soft lenses my entire life and there are not soft whatsoever. Super disappointed with this purchase.
