2. When do I suppose to receive my package?
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouses within 48 hours upon confirmation. There are 2 shipping plans available:
• Standard Shipping: FREE, delivery takes 10 to 15 days;
• Express Shipping: US$30.00 , delivery takes 3 to 7 days.

3. I can‘t track shipping with the Shop app, what should I do?
PsEYEche ships worldwide and is working with multiple international and local carriers, some of whose systems have not been integrated with the Shop app. That said, please always use our Order Tracking tool to check your shipment status. Simply input the tracking number you receive from us and hit the Track button, you are then supposed to see the live status.
4. Hong long do these lenses last?
All our lenses are yearly lenses except Windy Monthly collection, yearly lenses are worn for the day and then cleaned and stored in clean lens cases at night. A pair can be reused for periods of time depending on how well they are cared for. If taken good care of, yearly lenses can be reused for 8-10 months.
5. Do the lens come with prescription?
If you have normal eyesight or you simply need for cosmetic use, choose -0.00.
Consult your eye doctor to confirm the diopter counts before ordering.

6. Can I amend my order?
The order may be processed and dispatch within 24 hrs. Therefore we are unable to change anything once order have been shipped out, such as shipping details, quantity of item, color and diopter counts.
Please make sure all the information is correct when you checkout.
