Please note that items that are damaged as a result of improper usage and mishandling by the customers are not considered to be defective.
Receiving a refund
All refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
There will be a shipping cost is non-refundable for items returned due to:

Like the last pair I ordered, they are torked and keep popping out of my eyes, perhaps from being stored all rolled up in the glass containers.

Was able to get them in my eyes after lots of struggle but they would fall out within a minute or two every time. They would also invert extremely easily and it was hard to tell the proper side. I wore regular contacts for years with no issues before getting lasik 7 years ago
I ordered the full black sclera below, as I did the year before, because I loved the product.
However, the pair I got this year get torqued and they constantly pop out of me eyes. They look like they've been folded in their container too long.
Therefore, I can't wear them for my parties this year, which were all based on the scleras... 🙁
They don't fit the eye, they float and block vision. I used scleral lenses before and this never happened to me with the previous ones, but these don't fit and I didn't get a refund for more photos and videos, so don't buy them, I don't recommend them.
Took me a few minutes to put them in. My left eye was perfectly fine with the contact in. My right eye was having issues though. Not sure if my eye or the contact was the issue but it kept sliding to the right and obstructing my vision. Other than that fantastic set!
The contacts looked awesome. Took some great pictures. The problem was that they kept sliding off of my pupils. It caused some vision issues and was uncomfortable due me having to constantly fix them. So I just decided to put them in for pictures and take them out afterwards.
I sent back the UNOPENED contacts (didn't even take them out of the shipping package), despite receipts of the returned item arriving safely, the company has not refunded me and completely ignores my emails. I have petitioned for a refund from my credit union and will be reporting this business to the FTC.
They’re very pretty and spooky but you can barely see anything. I could only endure them for a couple of hours and my vision was blurry after I took them out!

Loved these contacts. It was definitely a bit of a learning curve as I had never even worn regular contacts before but once I got the hang of putting them in and keeping my eye moisturized, I was able to wear them quite comfortably for over 5 hours. Got compliments all night long.
